STS-41B
The STS-41B crew wore the standard AB Emblem embroidered mission emblems on their flight suits and on their in-flight clothing, thus there is no rare 'crew patch' for this mission.
Embroidered Mission Patches
A-B Emblem patch
The AB Emblem patch was the version used by the crew. Note that some later versions of the AB Emblem patch added a merrowed border to the patch although the design remained otherwise identical.
Lion Brothers patch
The Lion Brothers STS-41B mission patch only exists with a vacuum-sealed plastic backing.
Swissartex patch
The vintage version of the Swissartex STS-41B mission patch exists both with a waxy plastic backing and with a vacuum sealed clear plastic coating on the reverse. The fronts of the two versions are virtually identical.
Likely Cape Kennedy Medals patch
This patch is not confirmed as the Cape Kennedy Medals version but seems a very likely candidate.
